Chairs & Benches usually arrive 100% assembled and ready to use.
Is assembly difficult?
Most of our Teak pieces arrive fully assembled or require only "Minimal Bolt-In" assembly, approx. 20 minutes.
Do you offer assembly and packing disposal?
Yes! This can be added to any order, just let us know.
How do I restore my weathered teak furniture to its original golden colour?
Bring back the golden glow in 4 simple steps:
- Clean: Scrub with soapy water and a splash of vinegar to kill mould.
- Dry: Let it air-dry completely for 24 hours.
- Sand: Use fine grit sandpaper, sanding with the grain to reveal fresh wood.
- Seal: Apply an oil or sealant to lock in the colour and UV protection.
Will my teak furniture change colour over time?
New teak has a stunning honey-gold glow.If left untreated, it will naturally weather to a classic silvery-grey patina within 6–12 months. This is a purely cosmetic change and does not affect the wood's strength. If you prefer the golden look, we recommend applying a water-based teak protector once a year.
How fast is your delivery?
We aim for all orders to be fulfilled within 5 working days. Usually completed by 3 days.

Yes, our rattan furniture is designed for outdoor use and made with weather-resistant materials. However, we recommend using protective covers during prolonged bad weather to extend its lifespan.

We provide care instructions for each type of furniture we offer. Generally, regular cleaning and occasional maintenance like sealing or staining may be required to keep your furniture looking its best.
